Hi there! My name is Zoe and I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who strives to provide therapy for individuals from all different types of backgrounds and cultures. I utilize an eclectic style of therapies to best serve my clients. I aim to provide an emotionally safe, supportive, and open environment that invites client collaboration, as they explore a range of thoughts and emotions through their journey of self discovery. 

I have a wide experience range in individual and group therapy, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and borderline personality disorders, by using a DBT approach when best fitting!

Overall, I hope to provide care for individuals who have suffered in invalidating environments that hope to build a life worth living.

Outside of my work I enjoy biking, nature, going into the city, and spending time with friends and family.
