Hello! Thank you for visiting our website! I am pleased to be the founder of this amazing practice and strive to provide a safe therapeutic environment for all DTSS Therapy clients and therapists. 

I have over a decade of experience providing individual, couples, and group therapy to young adults and adults of all ages in the private practice setting. I am pleased to be a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor and provide individual clinical supervisor for newly licensed therapists in the state of Maryland.

I specialize in working with issues around reproductive mental health, including: infertility, pregnancy/perinatal loss, dealing with a child in the NICU, and navigating the postpartum period. I have a special interest in working with individuals going through infertility and IVF, who are wanting support and a safe place to process the emotions, thoughts, grief, and anxiety with the process with no shame or judgement.

I appreciate the trust put in me to hold space for clients working through some of the hardest times in their lives. The issues I specialize in are ones that are important to me both professionally and personally/as an IVF and NICU mom myself.

I also work with clients dealing with other presenting concerns, including self-esteem issues, early childhood trauma, and anxiety.  

I believe strongly in continuing to learn through workshops, peer consultation, and connecting with colleagues. I have been interviewed as an expert in the field through SiriusXM Doctor Radio and Parade magazine, and have spoken with medical professionals, coaches, and educators about topics related to mental health. 

When not in sessions, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and traveling, specifically on cruise ships!
