Trauma therapy

Our trauma trained providers will work with you to tell and accept your narrative of your trauma, learn to lessen the associated distress, and understand the impacts of your traumatic relationships/events on your life today. 

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Together, we will explore the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through understanding ways to change our thoughts, we learn to feel a more positive emotion and perhaps make behavioral change if necessary. CBT is evidence-based and very effective for many presenting issues.

Psychodynamic Therapy

We can dive in to some of your early experiences and attachments in order to assist you with with understanding your current issues and relationships.

"Health at Every Size" approach

Without any judgement, we help clients learn to love themselves emotionally and physically. We support you in treating yourself in healthy ways, regardless of "size". We want to alleviate judgement and verbiage about body size/weight, by helping you accept yourself as you are and treat your body and self with love and respect - you deserve it!

Infertility Therapy

Therapy for those going through fertility treatments, dealing with a diagnosis, or processing emotions around reproductive trauma or pregnancy loss. There is no reason that you should have to go through this journey alone. 

Play Therapy

Our fantastic child therapist uses games, fun worksheets, fidgets, and other play items to engage even the youngest kiddos in therapy! Through these approaches, our therapist helps kids through trauma, attention/focus concerns, anxiety, and other issues.
