Admin Team

My name is Rose Bleiweis, and I am the founder, co-owner, and clinical director of DTSS Therapy! This means that I oversee the functioning of the clinical and personnel aspects of the practice. This involves working directly with our clinicians, providing supervision, working with client inquires/questions, and overseeing our administrative support team. Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, going on cruises, and seeing friends and family. 

Alex is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Maryland.  In addition to Alex’s operations responsibilities at DTSS, he practices in a clinical capacity for an organization in Rockville, MD.  Alex oversees internal operations processes and billing at DTSS and shares in Rose’s commitment to clinician and client satisfaction. 

Hello! My name is Candice and I am your administrative assistant. I have a bachelor’s degree in Medical and Health Services Management, and extensive experience supporting mental health professionals and their clients. My goal is to ensure that you have a positive and stress-free experience with our practice. While my position is administrative, I value the human aspect of our work. You can trust me to listen to your needs and address them with kindness and positivity.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and finding ways to stay active. It’s a great reminder that balance and self-care play a crucial role in our well-being. I look forward to supporting your mental health journey with DTSS Therapy.

Hello, my name is Cheryl Dewald. I have more than 20 years of experience in the medical field, ranging from managing the front desk and assisting patients to medical as well as dental billing. Apart from my professional life, I enjoy spending quality time with my two daughters, my boyfriend, and his son. When time permits, we love to go to the racetrack. I also love to travel, shop, and pamper my fur babies!
