Hello! Thank you for visiting our website! I am pleased to be the founder of this amazing practice and strive to provide a safe therapeutic environment for all DTSS Therapy clients and therapists. 

I have over a decade of experience providing individual, couples, and group therapy to young adults and adults of all ages in the private practice setting. I am pleased to be a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor and provide individual clinical supervisor for newly licensed therapists in the state of Maryland. I believe strongly in continuing to learn through workshops, peer consultation, and connecting with colleagues. I have been interviewed as an expert in the field through SiriusXM Doctor Radio and Parade magazine, and have spoken with medical professionals, coaches, and educators about topics related to mental health. 

I have experience providing counseling to individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings and with various presenting concerns. I have a special interest and special training a s in reproductive health and reproductive traumas, including infertility, pregnancy loss, third-party reproduction, and overall fertility concerns. I have a special focus on those going through infertility treatments and wanting to process the emotions, thoughts, grief, and anxiety with the process.

I provide a safe environment to discuss issues emotions that come up before, during, and after fertility treatment, grief and loss related to reproductive health, navigating third party reproduction, and helping clients to reframe their narrative around parenting and reproduction in a way that alleviates shame and helps to build acceptance and support. I am pleased to support clients in all phases of their reproductive journey and pregnancy. Together, we will process your emotions, traumas, and fears associated with the journey, and I will be here to guide you through the psychological aspects of it too. Not only do I "talk the talk", butI do also "walk the walk". 

I also work with clients dealing with other presenting concerns and I look forward to providing a safe place for you, whatever you are wanting to work through. Together, we will help you to live a future with hope and healing to be the best YOU possible.
